Our services include recommending students with excellent English skills, promoting institutions, providing proctoring services for remote exams, and managing global corporate and university recruitment ("services" and products). ITSC GROUP owns and manages major testing technology and personnel assessment companies operating worldwide under the brands ITSC, G-TELP, GLT, GST, GWT, EPTA, G-TELP Jr, G-TELP BUSINESS, and G-TELP HR.

1. For Candidates:

Minimum Personal Data: This includes basic information necessary to take an assessment and generally use our services.
Optional Personal Data: Depending on the assessment and services requested by the client, we may collect additional optional information.

2. For Customers:

Transaction Information: Includes details about the amount paid and other details about services

To provide you with services as agreed upon in the contract between you and ITSC.
For ITSC Employees or Job Applicants:

To use your information for recruitment purposes if you have applied for a job with us.
For internal analysis related to recruitment and employment.
For All Users or Visitors of the Services or Site (where applicable):

For marketing purposes, if you have opted in.
For internal analysis and research to improve our products and services.

Location and Retention

The location of servers storing your personal data depends on the specific services we provide to the client and is managed according to the contract between us and the client. Please refer to the Subprocessor List for more details on where subprocessors may process your personal data.

We retain your personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or reporting requirements. In some cases, we may retain your personal data for a longer period if reasonably necessary to resolve disputes or potential legal claims.

We may share your personal data within ITSC Group for the purposes outlined above. We primarily store your information in the United States. We may transfer and access this information worldwide to provide services.
